Returns

Before returning any item to us, please ensure you have contacted us, that we have authorised the return, and that you agree with our returns & warranty policies; see terms.
 
Please do not return battery packs or chargers (unless agreed with us). We have plenty of battery packs to test your product.

We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt, and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned.  You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
 
International returns (from outside of EU)

Please ensure that you attach a correctly completed customs declaration to package and state a nominal value of £10. Any customs / import related charge that we incur will be your responsibility, and will need to be paid before item is retuned to you / refunded, etc. We cannot guarantee this accurate and correct information will avoid charges, but will potentially give you best chance of success. We may refuse delivery of any item where payment of import charges are required.  
 
  
Customer information

Please enclose customer return details, including return delivery address and email address so that we can communicate any issue and costs with you.
 
In the case of faulty product, the more information that you can provide, the easier it will be for us to resolve swiftly and effectively. 

Once repaired, we will return your lamp using suitable tracked and / or signed postal service. For charged servicing and repairs, use of this service is at your own risk. Financial compensation for loss is limited to the cost of the repair. Please note that we are unable to replace old discontinued lamps should they be lost by postal / courier service. If you require a higher degree of protection on return shipping, then please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange a more secure service at cost.

You should not be liable for re-import charges, on repaired items that we return to you. However, if your country inexplicably charges you, then sorry this is beyond our control.
