Introducing Rude Nora
The new Little Monkey caving lamp, the Rude Nora, was launched at Hidden Earth 2011, representing a new generation of more versatile, low input voltage high end caving lamps (operating from proprietry 3.7v li-ion battery packs, and compatible with AA batteries).
Little Monkey have been designing and manufacturing high specification caving lamps since 2006, featuring the latest, most efficient and brightest LEDs available. Because of the available technology at the time, both the original Little Monkey and sister lamp the Hurricane (and most other high end lamps), operated from high voltage 7.4v li-ion packs; 1st Generation Technology. These lamps have now been discontinued, replaced with the Rude Nora.
As the first new generation, high end caving lamp capable of running at lower input voltage, the Nora represent a big step forward in caving lamp design. The Nora provides class leading performance on all levels and is already proving to be the most effective, versatile and desirable caving lamp available.
